Paaly baked pears

Peel the pears and empty them by drawing the heart and seeds with a sharp knife. Acomodar in a source for oven smeared with butter. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. In a cacerolite mix the butter, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill the pears with this mixture. Distribute the rest at the fountain and bake, covered with a sheet of aluminum foil between 35´a 40´. Serve warm. (This dessert can also be done with apples)
