Oranges to Cava

The oranges are peeled, reserving the mondura to cut it into a julienne and add it to cooking.

Ingredients to make cava oranges:
6 oranges
1 bottle of wine from cava brut
300 gr. of sugar
2 dl. of water
a few drops of campari

Ingredients to make cava oranges:

2. oranges of oranges are introduced into a container where the cava, water, sugar and campari will have boiled. When the oranges have begun to bleach, the cut molands will be added and the mixture will be kept in the fire for 5 or 8 minutes.

3. The oranges are then removed from a glass container and the liquid is reduced, aromatizing it if desired with a little more of Campari. Once the oranges are bathed with the reduction, they allow them to cool and serve.
