Ingredients to make orange pudding in blender:

1. First, add the butter (previously melted and at room temperature), eggs, sugar and juice of one of the oranges in the blender. Preheat the oven at 170 ºC.

2. Next, cut the other orange and remove the seeds. Place them in the blender next to the peel. Bleach very well. You may have to stir a couple of times, but it will be mixed.

Trick: Depending on how much orange flavor you want the Buddin to have an extra orange.

3. Add the vanilla extract if you are going to use it, as well as salt, and continue mixing.

4. Add the flour, milk, milk cream and baking powder. Continue liquefying until the mixture is consistent and without lumps.

Trick: Be sure to integrate the flour little by little, otherwise you could have trouble getting it mixed.

5. Pour the mixture into a gastrobin pudding with butter or oil and floured. Enter the oven previously heated for 45 minutes. When ready, retire it and let it cool outside the fridge.

Trick: Each oven is different, so see checking how the Buddine is going until, by clicking it with a knife, it comes out dry.

6. To prepare the orange glaze, squeeze more orange juice and see gradually mixing it with the Glass sugar. Take care that it is not so liquid that it drains, or so thick that it is difficult to spread. You can balance adding more sugar or more juice until reaching the perfect glaze. Subsequently, pour the glaze on the Buddine and let it dry. You can serve!
