1. Before preparing walnut chiclosos we must have all our utensils and ingredients at hand.





2. To make the Mexican walnut chiclosos, boil corn honey and sugar while moving until they are perfectly integrated.





3. Add the milk and butter little by little while still moving.





4. Cook the paste for chiclosos until when pouring a drop of the mixture in water, a ball is formed and when it is removed from the water it maintains its consistency. When doing this step you have to be very careful not to burn, remember that the paste will be boiling.





5. Once we obtain the necessary consistency we extend the sweet in a previously greased mold or covered with waxed paper. We place nuts on one part of the chicloso and cover with the other part of the chicloso that has no nut, as if it were a quesadilla. You can add all the nut you want.





6. Let cool the walnut chiclloso to be able to cut it into small portions that we will wrap in cellophane paper. Do not forget to tie the sweet to the ends to prevent it from drying out and harden.
