Ingredients to make two chocolates and orange mousse with Thermomix:
200 grams of white chocolate
200 grams of black chocolate
3 tablespoons of flavorless jelly 2 orange liquor jets
1 pinch of salt
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, Thermomix

Ingredients to make two chocolates and orange mousse with Thermomix:

1. To prepare this delicious mousse with Thermomix, first crush the sugar with the orange zest until almost dust returns, reserve half of this preparation on a separate plate and leave the rest in the thermomixs glass.

2. Next, add the chocolate chopped along with the sugar and crushing at maximum speed, then program the Thermomix to 70º to melt. While the mixture adds the 4 egg yolks and the jelly, previously dissolved in a little orange liquor. When no grumo remains the entire mixture with the help of a spatula, reserve and not wash the thermomixs glass. You can use Cointreau or Tripleec as an orange liquor.

3. Add to the Thermomix vessel, with the remains that have remained of the previous preparation, the other part of the icing sugar in chocolate chopped black, repeats the previous process. Crush at maximum speed to 70º and then add the yolks. When all melted add another little orange liquor. Wait to cool and reserve. For black chocolate we do not use jelly because it is already consistent by itself.

4. Apart, rid the whites and stir in equal parts with each of the chocolate mixtures, half of the whites with white chocolate and the other half with that of black chocolate. Mix gently and envelope to maintain the snow point of the whites and obtain a soft and creamy two chocolate mousse.

5. With the mixtures of the two chocolate mousse ready, you can pour into individual containers, first one color and then that of the other. Keep in the fridge until it sets and decorates with orange in syrup to give it an elegant touch.
