2. We are going to start the easy dessert covering the base of the mold chosen with a bed of chocolate cookies, ensuring that there are no spaces between them. 3. On the other hand, we are going to place the evaporated milk and the mango in syrup (without the syrup, only the fruit), and we proceed to liquefy until a very homogeneous mixture is formed. Once ready, we reserve it for a moment.
4. Now, to continue with the preparation of the fruit mousse, we take the grenetina and mix it with the mangoes syrup. We reserve the preparation for a moment to hydrate completely, for approximately one or two minutes.
5. While the Grenetina is hydrated, we take the cream of milk and beat until sponge and peaks can be formed with it. Once ready, we add the mixture of condensed milk and mango little by little, integrating everything in an envelope.
