6 you. Egg Clara
200 C.C. Milk
14 gr. Gelatina
200 c.c. Mint
250 gr. sugar
bitter chocolate grated thick

2. Heat over low heat.

3. Beat the whites to the point of snow together with the sugar, add the mint liquor with the gelatin, the whipped cream at half a point and the grated chocolate.

4. Dump on a Savarín mold smeared in olive oil. To freeze.

5. Unmold before serving.
