Mosaic jelly ingredients:

1. To start the preparation of your mosaic jelly, prepare all colored gelatins. Try to use similar molds for squares to have more or less the same size. Game them with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

2. to each color of color gelatin, add a tablespoon of flavorless jelly or grenetina. If you use 4 different colors envelopes, then you will need 4 tablespoons of flavorless jelly. If you don have powder jelly, you can use 4 flavorless gelatin sheets for each tablespoon.

Trick: For your mosaic jelly to be as striking as possible, use colorful and different colors. You can add more colors to the recipe, but you must also add more tablespoons of flavorless jelly.

3. Prepare gelatins according to their instructions. Usually, by 20 g 500 ml of water, 250 of boiling water and 250 cold water are necessary. It is not necessary that you decrease the amount of water to make it firmer, since the flavored greeting or gelatin will give it structure.

4. Pour the gelatin already prepared in the molds you chose and let it completely set.

5. With a palette moistened in water, carefully take off the edges of the mold jelly. Cut it in squares with a knife also moistened. Ideally, make pictures neither very small nor too large, although this will depend completely on the size of the mold that you will use to make the mosaic jelly. If it is rather small, cut the smallest squares. Survey them from the mold with a spatula. Do it carefully to avoid breaking them and reserve them, each color in a container.

6. While the last gelatin is set, prepare the flavorless jelly. To do this, sprinkle the remaining 6 tablespoons in the half cup of water. Remove well and allow to hydrate completely, which will take about 15 minutes.

7. When it is very firm, heat it in the microwave or in the water bath until it dissolves, so you will get a thick and bright liquid.

8. Mix milk with milk cream and condensed milk in the blender. Add vanilla and any other essence that you like to give an extra flavor to your mosaic gelatin recipe.

9. Add the flavorless jelly as follows: Take a portion of the milk mixture and add it to the gelatin. Mix very well and quickly. Add a little more from the milk mixture. When you are very homogeneous, now you can add the jelly without flavor to the main mixture. Thus you prevent the gelatin from setting in the milk base by the thermal shock.

10. It was time to assemble the mosaic jelly. Simply place the different squares of gelatin colors in a greased mold, trying to alternate the colors. Fill everything possible and pour the milk jelly until you stay at a centimeter from the edge. Hits a little against the table to eliminate the air that can remain between the jelly cubes.

Trick: If you have a colored jelly and milk jelly, you can make another mosaic jelly in a smaller mold. Ours is 25 cm in diameter and we could fill another.

11. Reserve the mosaic jelly in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set completely. After this time, place it in the freezer about 5-10 minutes to make it easier to handle it. Take off the edge with wetting fingers in water or a palette (also moistened), as you feel greater comfort. Unmold, place the jelly on a plate and keep it again in the fridge until serving.

12. And list the Mosaic Gelatin Recipe! You can serve your mosaic jelly, likewise, children will love it! However, if you want to give it a more elegant touch, then you can decorate with roses or snails of chantillí cream throughout the lower edge and fill the center of the gelatin with the same cream.
