Moka ice cream recipe

Beat the eggs with milk and add sugar and coffee. Heat the mixture over low heat, while stiring until it thickens and without boiling.

Moka ice cream ingredients:
2 large eggs
300 ml. of milk
75 g. of sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons of instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of hot water
300 ml. of thick cream (or cream mounted)
50 g. Black chocolate (preferably Valrhona), fine chopped
