Mint steam pears

In a steamer casserole put 3 0 4 water fingers with cinnamon, sugar and mint sticks.

For 4 people ::
4 beautiful pears
2 branches of mint
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 lemon
some confithed
canela powder
some sheets of mint
water
water
water

Ingredients to make pears to mint steam:

2. Peel the pears and frot them with half a lemon to prevent them from getting dark.

3. Take them steamed for 35 – 40 minutes, until they are tender.

4. Take out the pears and reserve them.

5. Strain the broth and calm it up until it is reduced to a syrup (it will take another 30 minutes).

6. Finally, it serves the pears in halves and discouraged (you can present each half-cut half) and decort them with cinnamon powder, confithed icing and some mint leafs.
