ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, cold |
Ingredients to make milk bolis:
1. incorporates powdered milk into the blender, the liter of water, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt, although this last ingredient is completely optional.
2. liquefy all the ingredients to create a homogeneous mixture.
3. Little by little, distribute the mixture in each of the bags. To make this step easier, you can place the mixture in a bottle to place your mouth at the end of the bag and let the liquid fall.
4. Do not fill the bags at all, leave a prudent distance to close them. To do this, take the bag from the upper part, just above the mixture, and start winding to press the mixture, get it compact and the bag fully closed.
5. After winding, proceed to make a knot to close the bag.
Trick: Try that during the rolled up and the creation of the knot, the pressure is never lost, otherwise the ice cream will lose solidity when freezing.
6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 with each bag until a minimum of 8 bolis of milk has. Place the bolis in the freezer carefully and let cool for about 24 hours.
7. After 24 hours, the bolis will be ready to enjoy and refresh us. As you can see, the milk bowl recipe is very simple and you can always add some extra ingredient.
Trick: Always keep the refrigerated bolis, since they will melt if they do not remain constantly in low temperatures.
