Milk and hazelnut chocolate nougat recipe

325 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of dates
125 grams of peeled roasted hazelnuts

Ingredients to make chocolate nougat with milk and hazelnuts:

1. We put the chocolate with the butter in the bath.





2. While they are melting, we remove the bones to the dates and cut them into pieces.





3. When the chocolate has melted next to the butter, we mix well and add the cut dates and the hazelnuts. We mix again. We lined a nougat mold with sulphurized paper.
