1. The first step to make this flan is to beat the cream cheese with yogurt and condensed milk. Use electric rods and beat until all ingredients are integrated and softened.
2. Next, continue beating and add the eggs one by one. If you want you can add a few drops of lemon juice or the essence you prefer, such as vanilla for example.
3. Apart, prepare a microwave suitable mold covering the entire surface and walls with liquid caramel. If you do not get the candy you can do it with sugar and water following the liquid caramel recipe.
4. To finish, pour the mixture of cheese flan in the mold and take the microwave. Kitchen programming the microwave for 11 minutes at maximum power (700 W.).
5. Let stand until it takes ambient temperature and then take it to the fridge. After about 3 hours you can unmold and enjoy the cheese flan to the microwave. Accompany with some fresh fruit or decorate with a little mounted cream.
