Merenguitos recipe

Following steps:

Ingredients to make merenguitos:
3 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

2. Put the whites in a small saucepan together with the sugar and vanilla. Mix the whites with the sugar.

3. At the time the saucepan is taken to the fire, it begins to beat with electric blender.

4. As the whites be beaten, their volume is increasing and thickening.

5. Continue with the shake until the meringue is very white and when the blender passes through the preparation, stripes that are not erased are formed.

6. Remove from heat and continue beating until the meringue joins everything in the palettes forming a ball.

7. Enmantecar a baking plate and form the meringues by placing the preparation in a sleeve with smooth or curly councilor.

8. Bring to an oven soft for an hour or until we notice dry.

9. To achieve a good cooking of meringues, remember that the secret is the oven that must be very soft so that they do not take away (50 to 60º approx.)

10. If you cannot achieve such a low temperature, what is done is to open the oven door a bit to lower the temperature and keep it so until they finish cooking.

11. You can serve alone or join them two with dulce de leche or cream (cream) whipped or at ease of each.

21. We set the oven (if gas) and leave it just with a minimum flame.

22. We leave the oven door about 10cm open and leave an hour or more always the same.

23. We remove them when we notice that merenguits are dry and slide without difficulty on the plate.

24. If the oven is electric and has a graduation, it is put at 50º and it is turned on only the bottom placing them in the medium rack.

26. and finally, if you want to give shapes to meringues, such as pacifiers or palettes, flowers or others, follow these basic steps:

27. Make the desired design on silicon paper and tighten the sleeves to start shaping them in a tray and bake for 2 hours if they have shapes.
