3 units of green apples.

2. In a bowl add the melon pulp and sugar to taste.





3. Add the basil leaves and process.





4. Add the apples and the juice of a lemon.





5. Process until you have this consistency. Take the fridge or refrigerator for approximately one hour for this cold to serve.





6. Decorate each of the vessels with a little melon balls that we had reserved.





7. Serve and decorate with some basil leaves on top.
