Ingredients to make ripe bananas mazamorra: |
1 liter of milk 2 units of rich banana 130 grams of rice 4 tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon 1½ liters of water |

Ingredients to make ripe bananas mazamorra:
1. Boil the milk apart and reserve.
2. Peel the bananas and eliminate black seeds. We have chosen to make a mature banana mazamorra, however, you can also make green banana mazamorra following this same recipe.
3. In another pot, boil the water and cook the bananas with rice and cinnamon until they are completely soft and melted. It is important to stir constantly to get rid of and prevent them from sticking to the pot.
4. Once this is done, turn off and mix with milk, sugar and salt.
5. The mature banana mazamorra can be taken cold or hot. If you think it lacks some sweet, you can always add some condensed milk or honey.
