1 cchta. Sal
100 g. butter
25 g. Broger butter
175 Cl. cold water

3. Stretch the mitas of the dough, flour hardly, spread with the ointment butter and flour again.

4. Fold the dough in three and let rest again.

5. Half is used for the base of the Pascualina and the other half for the lid.
