1. We will start the sweet mango soup recipe for the elaboration of homemade ice cream. Thus, it moisturizes the grenetina (neutral jelly) for a few minutes. The minimum time is 4 minutes or until you observe that the gelatin is hard.

6. Pour the preparation into a tray, preferably metallic, cover with film or aluminum foil and cool for two hours minimum. Remove every 15 or 30 minutes, so you will prevent ice crystals from forming home cheese.
7. Now prepare the sweet mango soup! It deposits the mango pulp next to the orange juice and the rum inside the blender. Process until a gentle and homogeneous puree. Reserve.Preferebly make the soup almost when serving, if not possible, refrigerate the preparation covering it with film or aluminum foil.
Trick: If you feel like, add sugar to taste but remember that mature handle is a very sweet fruit.
