Ingredients to make mango ice palettes with chamoy:

1. In the following image you can observe the ingredients that we will need for the preparation of these rich and refreshing chamoy palettes.

2. We are going to start by placing the pulp of the mangoes along with the sugar and water in the blender. Then, we proceed to liquefy and form the handle mixture. Do not miss our video in which we show you target = _blank rel = NOFOLLOWCMO Peel a handle quickly and make the frozen palettes easily.

3. Now we divide the mixture into two and to one of the halves we add the liquid chamoy; We mix to integrate perfectly well.

4. We take the molds of our ice palettes and in the background we add a little liquid chamoy combined with a little dust chamoy. With a circular movement we impregnate this mixture in the entire bottom of the mold and then we lead to freeze for approximately 1 hour.

5. Once the base is frozen, we take the molds again and fill them occupying three quarters of their capacity with the liquefied mango pulp. Again we carry the mango ice palettes to the freezer, but now for 2 hours.

6. Once the part of the mango pulp is frozen, we fill the final part of the mold with the mango pulp combined with the liquid chamoy. We refrigerate Chamoys palettes for an hour.

7. After this waiting time, we remove the freezer palettes and place the wooden sticks as shown in the photograph. We place them at this time because the palette is semi -granted and the wooden stick will be positioned in the center of it. Once the stick is placed again, we return to freeze the natural fruit palettes, but now for a whole night or at least , 5 hours.

8. After this time our rich mango ice palettes with Chamoy will be ready to be tasted. Enjoy them! And if you want to meet other options, don miss the following recipes:- Strawberry palettes
