Mango flan recipe

Mango flan is a very simple dessert to prepare with an exotic flavor and an elegant and clean presentation. The cooking is cold since we will use neutral jelly to curdle and the result will be a soft flan with a lot of flavor.

Mango flan ingredients:

1. Cook the mangoes with the zest of the lemon peel in a cup of water, until you get the texture of a puree. Let cool.

2. Mix the whites together with the sugar and the handle puree. Use an electric blender and see gradually adding the jelly diluted in water.

3. Bata for a few minutes and pour into individual molds, refrigerate. If you prefer you can also empty the content in just large mold.

4. To serve, you can beat the milk cream until it has a foamy consistency, unmold the handle flan and cover with the cream, decorating with mango bits or any natural fruit. You can also leave the mango flan in the molds without extra decorations.
