Mandarin sorbet recipe with cava in Thermomix

Peel the tangerines and separate the segments by removing all white skin. Extend them on a tray and put them in the freezer.

Ingredients to make tangerine sorbet with cava in Thermomix:
50 gr. from cava
½ kg. of clean tangerine segments (750 gr. whole)
1 lemon
125 gr. of sugar

2. Once frozen can be put inside a bag to keep them in the freezer.

3. Put the sugar in the glass and spray for 30 seconds, speed 5-10.

4. Add the lemon peeled to the living (without any white skin and nuggets), the frozen tangerines, the cava and program 2 minutes, progressive speed 5-10. Use the spatula by moving it through the mouth to help in crushing.

5. serve recently or conserve in the freezer until its consumption.
