Ingredients to make Mamallena:
1. They mix well in a bowl all the ingredients of the mamallena.
Trick: It can also be made with 3 cups of breadcrumbs and 3 cups of milk, and if you like you put 1 can of tutti fruitti. Milk can be whole.
2. The mixture is poured into a greased mold and cooks the sweet of mamallena in the oven at 350 ºF (180 ºC), or until when introducing a stick into the center it leaves dry (about 45 minutes or one hour).
