Mallorcan Mantecados Recipe

Mix the butter to point with the sugar, add the flour and knead until you get a homogeneous dough (leave if it takes a while in the fridge).

340 gr. of lazy flour
330 gr. of pig butter
330 gr. Glasé sugar.

2. Form a sheet of about 3 cm. thick and cut with a horn (a glass can be used if the huts are lacking) and place them in a tray, previously prepared so that it does not stick (with flour or with baking paper).

3. Cook at a loose oven (170º to 190º). When cooled sprinkle with cinnamon.
