3. Beat the whites with 1/2 cup of sugar until snow point.

5. Beat the milk cream until it is very thick, as for Chantilly.
6. Mix the tail with the water and dissolve over low heat 1 or 2 minutes.
7. Add the rest of the sugar.
8. Find out.
9. Add the tail to the lucumas and then incorporate the whites in an enveloping form.
10. Finally incorporate the chantilly cream and vanilla.
11. Oil a hole mold to the center and pour the preparation.
12. Take the refrigerator until it sets.
13. To unmold pass a knife through the edge and invest the mold in the source of serving.
14. Optional: Serve with custard.
