Lemon foam recipe

Ingredients to make lemon foam:
3 lemon yogurt units
100 milliliters of cream to mount (½ cup)
40 grams of sugar
Decorations optional:
½ cup of orange powder
1 orange unit in slices
1 handful of raspberries

Ingredients to make lemon foam:
