Ingredients to make lemon custard:
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ liter of liquid milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 units of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lemon zest
1 Egg yolk unit

Ingredients to make lemon custard:

1. To perform the lemon custard we will start by pouring the milk in a bowl along with the egg yolk and beating for 1 or 2 minutes until the yolk is disassembled and that is integrated with milk.
