1 cup lemon juice.
1 cup of milk cream.

2. Process the sweet cookie until it becomes crumb.





3. melt butter in a pan over medium heat.





4. Add the sweet cookie crumb with butter and form a paste.





5. Add the pasta at the bottom of each of the molds where we are going to perform the mousse.





6. In a bowl add the lemon juice and condensed milk.





7. Add the milk cream and mix well.





8. Add the mousse mixture in each of the molds and take cooling covering with vinipell for about three hours.





9. Decorate with lemon zest and a little lemon cascage. Serve and enjoy.
