Lemon Carlota Recipe

Ingredients to make lemon carlota:
1 can of condensed milk
juice of 8 lemons (250 ml)
2 tubes of marías
green cherries in syrup.

2. 1.- The lemon juice is liquefied with the condensed milk, for about three minutes.2.- In a medium mold of square preference. A Maria cookie base is placed that cover the mold, a portion of the mixture that covers the first layer of cookies is added.3.- Another layer of cookies is continued and so on, until finishing with a mixture so that it is above as Betún.4.- It is adorned with green eyebrows in syrup to your liking.5.- It is cooled for a few hours, not in the freezer.6.- It is served.

3. The recipe is really very simple and it is very rich, I do not recommend using evaporated milk, it is stunned.
