Almost everyone likes a good homemade lemon dessert and the truth is that there are many ways to do it, with oven, based on cookies, cold and as in this case, in layers. To make this rich lemon cake in layers we only need a few ingredients for the filling of cream and assemblies for the assembly, which can be the typical Maria cookies, sponge cake or whatever you prefer.

2 packages of cookies MarÃa (400 grams) 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of milk card carnetion or milk evaporated 9 lemons (juice) 1 can of half cream cream |

Ingredients to make lemon cake in layers:
1. To make the mass of this lemon dessert, blend the milks with the half cream and lemon juice until the ingredients are integrated well. The result must be a slightly thick cream.
2. To assemble the cake in layers, start by placing a spoonful of mixture in a refractory mold. Then continue with a layer of cookies and another mixture but thicker. Repeat this process until the ingredients end. Try that the last layer is cream.
3. Take the dessert of lemon to the fridge and reserve overnight or at least 4 hours until it sets well.
4. Finally, decorate with Swiss meringue or natural fruit and enjoy the delicious lemon cake in layers, very similar to the famous lemon marquise, also made without oven and cookies.
