Lemon and coconut cake recipe

4 eggs
100 g of flour
200 g of sugar
200 g of grated coconut
125 g of butter, melh lemon

2. spread a 25 cm mold. diameter.

3. Beat the eggs for 2 minutes until they are fluffy.

4. Add the sifted flour, little by little, and then the other ingredients, stirring before adding the following.

5. Put the mixture in the mold and put in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until it is set.

6. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside until slightly brown.

7. Serve temperate or cold.
