Ingredients to make Layer Cake with cheese farasting:
1. Before setting up the Layer Cake cake with cheese farasting, we need to have the genus cake prepared as I already taught you. Another option, if you are caught in time, is to use clash of biscuits already made. They sell them in the supermarket. Of course it is not the same as a cake recently made by you but manages. When the Genoese cake is cold we will cut it into 3.
2. For the syrup, we put water and sugar in a saucepan and lead to a boil. Then, add the essences of vanilla and lemon. We let boil (not very strong) 1 more minute and remove from heat. We reserve.
3. To prepare the cream cheese frosting, we will first mount the cream, which must be very cold. In another bowl we will beat the cheese with the sugar until you get a creamy dough. On the latter we will add the mounted cream and mix carefully with enveloping movements. We will keep the Frosting of the Layer Cake with chocolate in the fridge until using.
4. Finally, when we have everything prepared, we will do the chocolate ganache. To do this we will heat the cream in a saucepan until bubbles begin to leave, without boiling at all, or not very strong. Then, we will add it to chopped chocolate. We will leave one or two minutes so that the chocolate starts melting and then we will begin to remove gently to help form the ganache. When everything is molten and well mixed, we will allow to cool about 15-20 minutes, until the dense but fluid desired consistency is obtained. We will look. We must not leave it too much so that it does not harden in excess and then it is difficult for us to extend on the cake by layers.
5. While the ganache is cooled we will mount the layer cake cake with cheese fhosting. We start painting or soaking a layer of cake with the syrup. Next, we will extend a good layer of cheese frosting. We place another cake layer and repeat the operation until the last cake layer that we will also soak and cover with cheese. Upon reaching this point, and without worrying too much about whether it is the same or not, we will cover the entire cake by layers with the Frosting, also on the sides.
6. When we have the ganache ready, we pour it carefully above the Layer Cake. With the help of a spatula and we are carefully extended by the surface. It doesn matter if you spill on the sides. Then we will cover it and contribute more flavor.
7. Finally, with the help of a pastry sleeve, we put more frosting on the sides of the cake by layers. We will smooth it with the spatula. Then we will decorate how we like it. I used the sleeve to decorate on top and ended with some blackberries.
