2. In a pot heat the honey together with the sugar, mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.





3. Beat the egg white to snow and add it to the previous preparation while stirring.





4. When the egg white is completely dissolved, we add the cinnamon and zest of the lemon, we continue to cook.





5. Past 3 minutes we add almond flour and continue mixing. We cook for 5 minutes.





6. We place the mixture in a mold covered by transparent paper to make it easier to remove it, we leave it in the fridge until it is completely hard.
