Insidea, Comtessa or Viennetta cake recipe

When I asked him and told me that he wanted an icy cake, I didn hesitate for a moment. This Viennetta cake is very simple to prepare, it is great and reminds me of my childhood. And if you don care about time, I recommend it to you! Do like the Danes, who enjoy ice cream all year. I remember that when I lived in the Vikingo country I fond of taking ice cream in winter and that is why not only do I do not care on this occasion in recipes this icy cake but it is wanting to do it again. Ingredients to make icy cake answer, comtessa or viennetta:
500 milliliters of cream to mount (35 percent fatty matter)
3 egg whites (pasteurized mine)
200 grams of glas sugar (or equivalent sweetener)
200 grams of black chocolate for desserts (mine without added sugar)
½ Vanilla essence dessert (optional. I did not put it)

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, cold

Ingredients to make icy cake answer, comtessa or viennetta:

1. We begin to make this homemade comtessa cake melting chocolate in the microwave.





2. When we have it ready, we put a layer the bottom of our mold, which we will have previously lined with film paper (so it will be easier to unmold).





3. With the rest of the chocolate we paint fine sheets of the width, or somewhat less, of the mold, to make the layers that we will then place between the ice cream of the comtessa. We let them cool and harden while we continue with the rest of the Viennetta cake.





4. In a bowl we beat the egg whites and almost when they are about to snow, add half of the glasses sugar and continue beating until we get a creamy meringue.

5. On the other hand, in another bowl, we ride the cream with the other half of the Glass sugar.





6. We mix both mixtures and stir gently until we have a homogeneous, soft and creamy mass, which will become our Costa ice cream.





7. Now we go on to mount the easy ice cake. To do this, when the chocolate layer we had put in the mold we add an amount of cream ice cream mass. Then we place a chocolate sheet. Then we add more ice cream, then another layer of chocolate … and so on until ending all the ice cream ingredients.





8. I finished the homemade comtessa cake with a chocolate layer. We put the mold to the freezer and leave at least 6 hours, to freeze well. To serve, we will take out the icy cake answer from the freezer with enough time because yes, it takes a long time to temper.



Trick: If you have it all a day or more in the freezer like me, take it out 1 hour in advance at least, since it is a fairly large block.
