2. To start preparing the dough of the lemon foot, take a bowl and mix the flour with the butter with the fingers to form as a kind of crumbs. To make this task easier for you, we recommend that the flour be cold and cut into cubes. Then add the sugar and keep mixing.
3. Once the previous ingredients have been integrated, add the egg yolk and knead to form the broken dough. Make a ball with her, wrap her with film paper and reserve it in the refrigerator for an hour.
