1. To start making egg and vanilla flan to the microwave, the first thing we must do is enlist all the ingredients, which pay for 6 large portions.
2. Once the ingredients are ready, we start with the elaboration of the caramel. To do this, we place the 100 grams of sugar in a pan. When we note that it begins to melt, we move with a wooden spatula or spoon until it becomes liquid caramel.
3. We distribute the candy in individual molds, or a large one, and reserve while we continue with the preparation of homemade flan to the microwave.
4. We take a bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar. We can carry out this step with electric or manual rods.
