Homemade dulce de leche flan recipe

In a saucepan, we heat the milk without boiling. Add the dulce de leche and mix very well until it dissolves.

750 cc. of skim milk
350 grs of dulce de leche
6 eggs
150 grs of sugar
8 flaneritas carameladas or 1 large

2. Apart in a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and add them to milk in two batches, mixing well after each incorporation.
