1. The first thing we will do to make this homemade custard with cornstarch is to put in a saucepan the 3/4 parts of the liter of milk, the rest we reserve it. We throw in the saucepan next to the milk, the lemon peel and the cinnamon branch, and heat it until it starts boiling.
2. In a separate bowl we put the egg yolks and sugar, and mix it well.
3. Next, we put the milk that we have left over in a glass and dissolve the corn or cornstarch starch. Then we will throw it into the bowl where we have the beaten yolks.
4. When the milk begins to boil, we lower the heat, remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon branch, and we will throw the mixture of the yolks to the hot milk little by little and while still removing.
5. Then we let the egg custard be made with cornstarch over low heat, without boiling. When they start thickening, we turn them off.
