Ingredients to make homemade cocadas:
1. First, we crush the soda cookies well. Once they are well ground, we mix them with the delicacy and ground oats to form a homogeneous paste. We use oatmeal to prevent the dough from sticking in the hands.
2. We form small balls with the dough and, if we want, we cover with grated coconut. If you want to give it a crunchy touch you can cook them a few minutes in the oven at 180ºC. But it is not necessary.
