Ingredients to make homemade and simple parchita mousse:
1. First step: hydrate the jelly. Use a broad container, you facilitate the process. Pour the water and sprinkle the jelly on top, mix very well with a fork until they completely dilute it, preventing lumps from being lumps. Let the mixture rest, as you continue with the Parking Mousse recipe.

8. In the second option, I placed the Parking Mousse inside the gelatin container, the most popular presentation. To unmold it I passed it through a bowl with warm-hot water. Finally, on the mousse I added the syrup and spread the reserved seeds, just before serving. The final touch a herbage sheet. Sweet temptation!
