250 grams of cream cheese or whipped cheese
2 yogures powder or liquid

Ingredients to make healthy cheese cake:

1. To start with the healthy cheese cake recipe, you must first heat the oven at 170 ºC with heat up and down. Then, in a bowl add all the ingredients except cornmeal and 50 ml. of almond milk. The sweetener can be liquid, you can also use erythritol and add 2-3 spoonfuls, depending on whether you like very sweet.



Trick: You should know that almond milk can be changed for normal milk or other milk.





2. TRITURE EVERYTHING VERY GOOD, BUT WITHOUT MUCH THE BLITER, since we do not want to introduce a lot of air, just crush and mix everything.





3. In a glass add almond milk and 2 tablespoons of cornmeal, (cornstarch) or starch. Mix very well until the starch falls apart.





4. Add the mixture of milk and cornmeal in the bowl with the previous union, remove everything together with a spatula so that it is well integrated.





5. Prepare an 18-20 cm mold and fodder with vegetable paper, you must previously have wet under the tap. Next, drain well and add in the mold along with the mixture of the whipped cheese cake. It also introduces the cake into the central part of the oven with heat up and down. You must stay 30-40 minutes or until the sugar-free cheese cake is ready.





6. To know if the Cheesecake Fit is, click with a stick and, if it is dry, it will be ready. You should know that cheese cakes must be tender in the center and, therefore, when cooling hard. Also, if you observe that the surface is too much, place a sheet of aluminum foil on top. When the estimated time passes, turn off the oven and leave the cheese cake with beaten cheese inside the oven with the door open about 15 minutes.





7. Remove the healthy cake from the oven and pass it to a rack to cool. Then, reserve in the fridge to finish cooling. Ready to eat!
