150 grams of natural hazelnuts
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost,

Ingredients to make hazelnut meadow:

1. First, to elaborate this simple recipe of hazelnut Praliné, we present the ingredients. I have used natural hazelnut, but it can be done with any dry fruit.

2. As we have natural hazelnuts, we proceed to toast them in the fire in the same saucepan that we will use to do the PRALINÉ. Once they are roasted they let them cool while we make the candy.

3. On the other hand, in a saucepan we pour the sugar and caramelize it. The liquid candy always over low heat, without taking off from the kitchen, watching at all times the cooking point. This candy is what we will need as the base of the homemade hazelnut meter. As we have to obtain a natural candy, we will gradually move the saucepan, without the need to use palettes or instruments that can be stuck to the caramel. We move every little until we have the caramel ready.

4. Next, we proceed to add the hazelnuts that we had roasted and peeled previously. We mix well. As you will see, without the help of a spoon or shovel it will be very difficult for us to join both ingredients well, so now we use it. This also with the saucepan in the fire.

5. When all the hazelnuts are well integrated in caramel, remove from heat and let them cool in sulphurized paper or plant paper.

6. Once you have cooled, you will have a caramel and hazelnut ball, what we do is chop it in any kitchen or chopper robot. We try everything until we have cream.

Trick: If you want to use it to make homemade praliné chocolates, for example, you need more liquid, so add another 3 or 5 minutes crushed.

7. This homemade hazelnut meadow has a great advantage and it can last you in the refrigerator, especially if you keep it empty. So I wait for your comments and suggestions to use this roasted hazelnut praliné. At the moment I will try this praliné mousse cake and if you want, you can do it by decorating a vanilla sponge cake with your hazelnut cream.
