Guirlache nougat recipe

500 grams of almonds without salt (peeled and roasted)

1 mandarin unit (juice)

Ingredients to make garland nougat:

1. The first step to make this Guirlache nougat is to prepare the surface where the nougat will be extended. It can be the marble or the countertop of your kitchen previously greased with oil. You can also use a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2. Taking this into account, we went to make the candy. To do this, place the sugar in a saucepan along with the lemon juice and mandarin. Trick: Use a greased roller to help you extend the Guirlache nougat. If you want you can spread some anisetes or sesame on the surface.
