A perfect mixture, the classic cheese cake and the traditional flavor of a tropical fruit, the guava. Also known as Guava, Guayaba is one of the fruits with the greatest antioxidant power that exists and is also full of vitamins. In Colombia this fruit is usually eaten in a candy called sandwich, which we will use to make our guava cheesecake.

GUAYABA Cheesecake ingredients:
1. The first pass will be to make the base of the cheese cake. To do this, machaque the cookies, mix with 10 ml of milk until the cookies have absorbed the entire milk, but without being lumps too large. Distribute the mixture in the molds and keep in the refrigerator until it sets.

3. Add the cream cheese beating slightly and then stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
4. With the filling already ready, the next step will be empty the cheese mixture on the base of cookies. Distribute the filling uniformly by the mold helping you with a spoon to smooth the surface.
5. Finally, refrigerate the guava cheesecake and let it stand in the refrigerator for a space near two hours. Once it is ready, remove it from the refrigerator and decorate to taste with dulce de leche or whatever you want.
