Guanabana delicacy recipe

Peel the guanabanas, remove the seeds and crush the pulp together with the water for 2 or 3 seconds.

Ingredients to make Guanabana delicacy:
4 pounds of guanábanas
1 l. of water
3 ounces of corn
1/2 pound of sugar
a pinch of salt
250 ml of milk

2. Go through a wire strainer by pressing the pulp with a wooden spoon, to obtain 8 cups of Guanabana juice.

3. Put the juice in a pot to the fire, add the cornstarch, sugar, salt, milk and cook over low heat, while stirring, for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the preparation into a previously moistened mold, or individual molds.

5. Leave and enter refrigerator until they harden.

6. Serve decorated to taste.
