Glinding ice cream recipe

Wash and remove the cosques from the icing, then crush them. Prepare a syrup with boiling water and sugar, once ready add the scurry liquor. Bathe the whites to point snow and incorporate the syrup slowly while still beating. Add the icing and the lemon juice. Revuelva well and add the cream mixing it slowly. Take the freezer for a few hours and take it for a while before serving.

1 kg guinda (s)
150 gr sugar
400 gr Beat
2 egg whites
2 tablespoon (s) lemon juice
1 1/2 glass (s) water
2 tablespoon (s) liquor (s) from guindas
