Glazed fruits recipe

Wash all fruits, with their peduncles. Separate mandarin into segments, leaving them with their external membranes. In the pastries you can buy glaze, to melt in the water bath. To do it at home, mix very well the clear with the icing sugar. Holding each fruit for the rabito, bathe it in the glaze and submerge the end in the granulated sugar. Let it dry. Consume the same day.

strawberries
white grapes
cerezas
mandarin gajos
1 clear of eggs
250 gr. of sugar glas
a normal sugar bowl
