Glazed cake recipe

In a bowl put the sifted flour, the egg, the salt pin, the softened butter and the sugar.

Ingredients to make glaze cake:
For 6 people ::
400 gr. of flour
1 egg
salt
50 gr. of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar.
For sauce ::
150 gr. of blackberry jam.
for the glasa ::
100 gr. of sugar glas
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

2. Work until a smooth dough.

3. form a ball and cover with transparent film and let stand 1 hour in the fridge.

4. Divide the dough into two, stretch it to form 2 rectangles of 20 x 30 cm. and 1/2 cm. thick.

5. Place a rectangle on an enmantechillad oven plate, spread it with the blackberry jam and cover with the other piece of pasta.

6. Cook in the oven at 180º C. for about 30 minutes.

7. Prepare the glasa, dilute the lemon juice in four tablespoons of water and gradually mix with the icing sugar until you obtain white cream.

8. When the cake is cooked, cover it with the glasa and let cool.

9. Then it is cut into pictures and served.
