Ingredients to make gelathin of gessite:

1. We present the ingredients that we will use for our Glassite Gelatin.





2. To start this Mexican jelly, place the milk in a deep saucepan and put it over low heat, until it boils.





3. Once milk boils we add the gelatin envelope and constantly move, to prevent it from being thrown, until it is completely dissolved. Once ready, we remove it from the heat and let it cool. We reserve.





4. On the other hand, we take our mold for homemade jelly and sprinkle it with a little spray oil.





5. We take our dissolved gelatin and add to the mold a bit, fill it below half and let the gelatin set.





6. Once set, we add a small more layer of the dissolved gelatin and place our handles, as we see in the image, and let it be set so that they are well glued. We fill the gelatin mold stuffed with stew and put it to the refrigerator so that everything is just set. Let stand in the refrigerator approximately 3 hours.





7. Once the Mexican jelly, we get rid of it and we can serve it. You can accompany this gelatina of Gansito with a rich coconut shake or a tasty Frappé capuccino. Bon Appetite!
