Ingredients to make gâteau renversé of apples and plums:
2. Take half a kilo of them, remove them for an hour in warm water and remove the bone.
3. Pele and remove the pepas of three apples and cut them in slices.
4. In a bowl, batter 60 grams of butter with 60 grams of sugar until the mixture is creamy.
5. Distribute this cream on the bottom and sides of a Queque mold.
6. Cover the bottom and sides with apple slices and plums open in half, hitting this on the mixture already scattered.
7. In the same bowl, mix 75 more grams of butter with 75 grams of sugar.
8. When the mixture is creamy, gradually add 150 grams of sifted flour, mixed with a tablespoon of baking powder, and when incorporated, add a slightly beaten egg, and 125 ml of milk.
9. Mix well and pour this whole mixture in the center of the mold.
10. Put in a moderate oven for an hour or a little less.
11. Once ready, unmold in a source and warm serve with whipped cream.
