1. To perform our strawberry cheescake, we will start by processing or crushing cookies with a manual fork or molder (if you do not have a processor) so that a kind of sand is left.

5. Pour the cream on top of the mold with the cookie base. Spread and accommodate to cover the entire source. Take the refrigerator, while we have long for the gelatin to be a bit thick and ready to apply it above the strawberry cheesecake.





6. Once the gelatin is thick, add the jam. Mix for a few seconds to integrate ingredients.





7. Pour the gelatin and strawberry mixture on the mold with the cookie and cream base. Accommodate and spread on the cream and take approximately 5-6 hours.
